The velvet pouch that comes with your Flip is a far better carrier, and far, far easier to use. As another reviewer so aptly commented, this pouch is made like a neoprene pillow sham, so you have to try to squeeze your Flip into it. I couldn't even get mine in there without feeling as if I'd break it trying to do so. Honestly, this pouch should cost about $3.00 (it's that cheap), and even then I wouldn't want it knowing what I know now. Don't bother wasting your money. Better holders will be available soon, because the Flip itself is GREAT! This pouch is really cheaply made, hard to use, and not worth the money at all.
